COURIER
500 rubles for orders up to 5000 rubles or free for orders over 5000 rubles.

SDEK
Pickup from the SDEK pick-up point or courier delivery to the address you specified.

RUSSIAN POST
Pickup from a post office you choose.

Free delivery to the Russian Post office or SDEK pick-up point for orders over 10,000 rubles. In other cases, the cost of delivery is calculated individually at the stage of ordering.

If it is impossible to calculate the cost of delivery automatically, we will contact you and calculate it individually.

Processing and complecting orders takes from 1 to 4 days.

We recommend checking the integrity of the packaging and products immediately after receiving the parcel.

You can return all the products or part of them within 14 days after receiving the order. To do this, contact us by email or phone and we will discuss the details.

Please note: when returning an item of proper quality, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

If the product was damaged during transportation, write us an email or call. We also ask you to take a photo or video of the damaged product immediately when defects detected.

The refund is carried out in the same way as the payment was made, within 30 working days from the moment we receive the returned goods.
